Is there a guarantee that the employees will stay with the company?
Not 100%, there is always a small risk of them not staying with your company. However, your advantage is that they can only work for your company with that certain visa.
What is the company responsible for in case the worker decides to leave the company or the company terminates their contract?
You are responsible to notify the U.S. Consulate to begin the cancellation of the deserted worker's visa. Notify us to coordinate such process. Your responsibility will end at that point.
Who pays for the H-2B process?
The company is responsible for covering the expense of the process, since they are entitled to your company.
When is considered the best time to begin the process?
According to the Department Of Labor, the process must begin at least 120 days (4 standard months) before the date of need. If your company needs a specific number of staff by a certain month, then those process must begin 4 to 5 months ahead of time.
